COURIER POLICY

COURIER COST AND LOCATION

For all orders within South – Africa, a courier fee of R110 to your nearest POSTNET will apply to all orders under R800.

a Courier fee of R120 door to door will apply to all orders under R800. 

Free shipping on orders above R799.

Pick-up from home based store is possible for customers in Pretoria. A date and time must be decided upon before collection. Please provide identification and proof of payment when collecting your items. Collection hours would be from 7:00  – 17:00.

DELIVERY TIMES

We always strive to send orders in a timely manner. Orders are processed and send within 3 days of payment clearing in our bank account.( Does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays)

Please add a day or two extra if you live in Regional (outline) areas.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you wish to exchange a non – defective product within 14 – days of the date it was delivered, please retain the product in its original packaging and do not wear the product at all.

To arrange an exchange you can contact Little Leila at littleleilashop@gmail.com to check on stock availability. If the item or size you want to exchange  it for is out of stock, a full refund will be made to your bank account once the product has been received in Perfect condition. Please note the Courier cost for your exchange would be for your account.

We are confident you would love the products and that no cancellations would be accepted.

If you receive a defect product, please notify us by email at littleleilashop@gmail.com. We will gladly replace or refund any product.

Please keep in mind we will not refund/replace any product that has been damaged due to negligence . Please send a picture when sending through your email.

When you receive an Incorrect order, please notify us within 14 days as specified on the invoice you received with your delivery. We will then arrange to collect the incorrect item and send you the correct item. You can contact us on littleleilashop@gmail.com

We will send you an email when we have received your returned items.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Payments

Payments can be done Via EFT through your bank  or SnapScan. Unfortunately we do not have credit card facilities as yet, but on SnapScan you can register your credit card or debit card and pay with either. Super easy and fast to register.
